Can I use the Bubbler with the Micro Dripper Assembly set up?
The QDPS or Bubbler is not needed or compatible with the Micro Dripper setup.
Do I need pvc glue when connecting the QDPS to the pvc pipe?
Yes, you will want to use a pvc glue and primer to connect the QDPS to the pvc pipe. There are very effective 2 in 1s that we prefer, Oatley for example.
How many plants can the Bubbler or QDPS water?
The QDPS can water 8 plants in the following setups: ● 4-6” square matrix and pots ● 7.5-9” round matrix ● 9-10.5” round matrix (3 gallon pot) QDPS can serve 4 plants in the following setups ● 10.5-12 Round Matrix (5 gallon pot) ● 12.5-14.5 Round Matrix ● 15.5-18 Round Matrix And if you close 1, 2 or 4 ports the instructions are above.

What is the difference between Multi and Open Flow Bubbler or QDPS?
The Multi Flow comes with Flow Inserts for the Bubbler heads that determine the volume or GPH per port. The Open Flow is typically double of the 20 GPH (blue), but subject to a higher flow. Open flow is mostly used for the matrix system as the matrix system is designed for larger pots and requires a high volume of water.

Do I need the ¾” or 1” Quick Disconnect Pipe System (QDPS)?
If your flow rate is under 23 gpm per zone you can use the ¾” QDPS. If your flow rate is between 23-37gpm go with the 1” QDPS. See Pump Sizing infographic under How To Grow link on the website.

What causes uneven flow with the Quick Disconnect Pipe Systems?
It may be one or multiple things from the list below. 1. Improper pump size, typically too small of a pump. 2. ¼” tubing cut different lengths, they all must be cut the same length throughout the system. 3. Not using an Air Bleed Valve.
Why is my manifold, bubbler, or QDPS leaking?
There is a threaded male piece that goes into the female threaded bottom of the bubbler. On this piece there is an O-Ring which provides a tight seal. Simply tighten this until you can no longer see the black O-Ring.
