Rooted in cultivation · FloraFlex since 2015

The root zone, made repeatable.

Expandable QuickFill coco coir bags and water-soluble dry nutrients, designed for commercial growers, yet adopted by all. Yield, quality, consistency, and ease of use.

Two products · One root zone

We make two things, and we make them at scale.

FloraFlex is focused entirely on the two products a cultivation operation reorders every cycle: the substrate the roots live in, and the feed that runs through it.

Segment 01

QuickFill Coco

Pre-filled, pre-drilled, expandable coco coir. Hydrate and plant.

  • Make every plant easier to manage. Start with a consistent root zone across the room so your irrigation strategy isn't fighting substrate variability.
  • Take labor out of every reset. No filling thousands of pots with loose coco. Hydrate, plant, and get the next crop moving.
  • Steer the crop with confidence. Consistent hydration and drybacks give your team greater control over irrigation, EC, and the root zone.
  • Scale without adding complexity. From one room to an entire facility, QuickFill gives your team a repeatable substrate system built for crop-after-crop consistency.

Segment 02

Dry Nutrients

Water-soluble dry line, dosed by EC.

  • Turn feeding into a repeatable SOP. Defined weights, mixing order, and EC targets give your team a process they can follow consistently rather than relying on a recipe that lives in one grower’s head.
  • Reduce mixing decisions. Follow the established recipe, verify the target, and move on without rebuilding the feed program for every tank.
  • Scale the same program with confidence. Carry the same feeding logic from hand mixed tanks to stock tanks, dosing systems, additional rooms, and multiple facilities.
  • Know what your feed actually costs. Measure the finished feed cost per 1,000 gallons and ultimately the nutrient cost per harvested pound, not just the price per bag.

Why growers standardize

Consistency is the whole product.

01

Lower the variance

Keep the inputs controlled so yesterday's good room is easier to repeat tomorrow.

02

Remove the extra steps

Every task you eliminate is one less place for labor, training and human variation to enter the crop.

03

Replicate what works

Turn a successful room into a repeatable operating standard instead of starting over every time you add people, rooms or facilities.

04

Defend cost per pound

The system has to make sense after labor, freight, storage, handling, waste and crop output; not just on the purchase order.

How it runs

Three steps, every cycle.

Micro Dripper Assemblies set into FloraFlex QuickFill bags being hydrated on a grow bench
STEP 01

Hydrate

Set your drippers and expand the room. Every unit hydrates to the same 60% water-holding capacity.

STEP 02

Transplant

Drop the clone or plug straight into the pre-drilled hole. No mixing, no amendments, no mess.

Irrigate

Run your FloraFlex feed at target EC. One recipe, one schedule, across the whole room.

Questions

Straight answers.

What is FloraFlex QuickFill?

QuickFill is a pre-filled, pre-drilled expandable coco coir grow medium. Super-washed coco peat is compressed 5:1 inside a printed bag with a pre-drilled center hole for the clone and two holes for Micro Dripper Assemblies. On hydration it expands to a fixed 60% water-holding capacity and 40% air space.

Is QuickFill coco coir certified and tested?

Yes. QuickFill is CDFA certified, super washed to an EC below 0.6 mS/cm (Dutch Method 1:1.5), and tested every batch with a full AOAC heavy-metals panel and microbiological plating. Each unit carries a printed batch number traceable to source.

What is the water-holding capacity of QuickFill?

QuickFill holds 60% water by volume with 40% air space, 85% porosity, and 31% aeration. Because the coco is compressed 5:1 and expands the same way every unit, that ratio is consistent across the cycle.

What dry nutrients does FloraFlex make?

A water-soluble dry nutrient system: V1 (14-0-4) and V2 (6-17-25) for the vegetative stage, B1 (14-0-22) and B2 (0-28-18) for bloom, the Bulky B stimulator (0-14-38), and the Full Tilt late-bloom ripener (0-47-35).

How do I dose FloraFlex dry nutrients?

Dose by electrical-conductivity (EC) target rather than by volume. The two-part base is water soluble up to 3 lb per gallon, so you mix to your EC for the stage and the feed stays steady as the reservoir turns over.

Where can I buy FloraFlex?

FloraFlex is sold through a network of authorized distributors. Use Find a Reseller to locate a stocking partner by zip code, or request a quote and FloraFlex routes it to the nearest distributor that carries your products.

How do I become a distributor or wholesale buyer?
