Order Processing
Orders shipping within the United States are typically processed and shipped within two business days (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST, excluding holidays). International orders are processed within ten business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Delivery times vary: domestic orders usually arrive within a few business days, while international orders can take two to three weeks, depending on customs clearance.
Packaging and Delivery
We use discreet packaging for all orders and work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery. While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to carrier or customs issues beyond our control. FloraFlex is not responsible for late deliveries, but we will always work with you to resolve any issues.
Backorders
If an item is backordered, it will ship within four to eight weeks (often sooner). Pre-orders are prioritized, and tracking details will be provided once the item ships.
Shipping Fees

U.S. orders include a 7% shipping fee and a 3% handling fee.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, brokerage fees, or other import-related costs. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
International Orders
The recipient of an international order is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. To avoid delays, please provide a valid phone number for customs contact and ensure that you respond promptly to carrier communications regarding duties and taxes.
Shipments that are refused or held at customs due to unpaid fees may be returned to sender. Please note that most carriers only hold packages for five days before returning them.
