U.S. Sales and Refund Policy
Hello #FloraFlexer! Thanks for shopping at FloraFlex. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy tools that will help you feed your plants effectively and efficiently. We also want to make sure your experience exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products matches the ease our tools give you and your plants whether you’re at the FloraFlex Online Store or on the phone with a FloraFlex representative.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at the FloraFlex Store. We’ll keep this brief so you can get back to your plants. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order at the FloraFlex Store, you agree to the terms set forth below.
Standard Return Policy
At our core we believe you will be thrilled with the tools you purchase from FloraFlex. That’s because the FloraFlex team goes out of our way to ensure all our products are designed and engineered to give you and your plants what you need to grow. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expect it to be. If that happens, we want you to know what to do:
– Order the wrong thing? Change your mind? No worries. For any new, unopened items simply return them in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Be sure to include your packing slip and/or order information in the box. You cover return-shipping costs.
– #TeamFloraFlex works on being perfect, however if for some reason you receive the wrong item or a broken tool, you can process a return within 30 days and we will cover the shipping costs. Simply go to our Contact Us page on the website and select the Returns drop down menu. Make sure to include your order number in all communication.
You time and money are valuable. You should expect to see a full refund for returned items within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, this is the maximum time, we will do everything we can to get it back to you sooner.
This estimated time period includes the maximum transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
FloraFlex reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the FloraFlex Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Should FloraFlex reduce its price on any item after your purchase we are unable to price match retroactively.
Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
FloraFlex may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. FloraFlex may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify ForaFlex’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The FloraFlex Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If FloraFlex cancels an order after you have already been billed, FloraFlex will refund the billed amount.
Shipping & Delivery
Floraflex Shipping includes a 7% Shipping and 3% Handling Fee. Shipping of Nutrients is subject to additional fees. Plus FloraFlex uses discreet packaging to deliver your tools. We work with the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From our Secure Checkout page you’ll see your item description, price and delivery location. Orders are processed & shipped within 2 business days (M-F 9am-5pm PST). Once your order has been shipped you will receive an interactive email with tracking information.
Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond FloraFlex’s control once it leaves our warehouse, FloraFlex cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, always work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
We want you to be able to utilize your FloraFlex tools in your garden as soon as possible. Preordering today means you have reserved your spot in line when backordered items arrive at our warehouse. If an item in your order says it is backordered, you will receive it in a maximum of 4-8 weeks. However, keep in mind that’s a maximum. If we receive it sooner, you will have it sooner because our pre-orders are our top priority. Once your backordered item has been shipped out to you from our warehouse, you will receive an email with interactive tracking information.
U.S. Shipping Only
Products purchased online from FloraFlex will only be shipped to addresses within the U.S. and are subject to U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations. Products must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these export laws and regulations.
