Hello #FloraFlexer! Thanks for shopping at the FloraFlex Store. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy tools that will help you feed your plants effectively and efficiently. We want to make sure your shopping experience matches the ease our tools give you and your plants. So, here’s everything you need to know about Shipping and Returns, we’ll keep this brief so you can get back to your plants!
FloraFlex uses discreet packaging to deliver your tools. We work with the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time.
From our Secure Checkout page, you’ll see your item description, price and delivery location. Orders shipping to the United States are processed & shipped within 2 business days (M-F 9am-5pm PST excluding holidays). Orders shipping internationally are processed & shipped within 10 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond FloraFlex’s control once it leaves our warehouse, FloraFlex cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, always work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
We want you to be able to utilize your FloraFlex tools in your garden as soon as possible. Preordering today means you have reserved your spot in line when backordered items arrive at our warehouse. If an item in your order says it is backordered, we will ship it to you within 4-8 weeks. However, keep in mind that’s a maximum. If we receive it sooner, you will have it sooner because our pre-orders are our top priority. Once your backordered item has been shipped to you from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Domestic Returns and Refunds Policy
FloraFlex Returns – Domestic Orders
At our core we believe you will be thrilled with the tools you purchase from FloraFlex. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure all of our products are designed and engineered to give you and your plants what you need to grow. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expect it to be. If that happens, we want you to know what to do:
Order the wrong thing? Change your mind? No worries. For any new, unopened items shipped within the United States, simply return them in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Be sure to include your packing slip and/or order information in the box. You cover return-shipping costs.
#TeamFloraFlex works on being perfect, however if for some reason you receive the wrong item or a broken tool, you can process a return on your domestic order within 30 days of delivery and we will cover the shipping costs. Simply go to the Contact Us page located on the website and select Returns from the drop-down menu. Make sure to include details about the items you are returning and your order number in all communications.
International Orders and Refunds Policy
FloraFlex International Orders
All prices on our site are in US Dollars. Your credit card company may bill you in your local currency in accordance with its policies.
When ordering outside of the United States, you are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be legally imported to the destination country. The recipient of an international order is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient is also responsible for any customs duties, clearance charges, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other amounts payable in connection with the importation and delivery of the order.
International orders may take up to 10 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your international order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for delivery. Customs clearance procedures may cause additional delays and we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
To avoid a delay in receiving your international order from customs, we strongly suggest:
- Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- That you do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will only hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in the destination country before they return it to the sender.
FloraFlex International Refunds
All international sales are final and we do not accept the return of international orders.
If you received the wrong item or a defective tool as part of an international order, please notify us within 30 days after receipt by going to the Contact Us page on the website and selecting Returns from the drop-down menu. Make sure to include details about the incorrect or defective item, along with your order number in all communications. We will either ship you a new product, or refund the cost of your order, including the original shipping charges, however, customs fees, duties, and taxes may be non-refundable, even in the event of an incorrect or defective product. Please note that we do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs. Prior to authorizing a replacement item or refund, FloraFlex reserves the right to request verification, such as a photograph, to confirm that the item shipped is incorrect or defective.
FloraFlex reserves the right to refuse international orders and will refund any refused international orders.
